Energy & Alertness

teamf4 1 post Jan 31, 2008 12:37 PM	I completey agree with you!! Since taking the 10inOne...WoW, I can keep up even better with kids and not be dragging come dinner time. I have energy all day long and I feel great. Before taking the 10inOne I felt hungry thru out the day so I would snack with the kids, I definately don't snack with the kids like I use to!! This is just an amazing product and you can't beat it for the price!!
Anonymous Guest Mar 19, 2008 12:01 PM	I agree with both of you. Since I've been taking the 10 in One, there is definitely a difference in my energy level. As one person wrote, I have a sustained energy all day long and there are no jitters like with too many cups of coffee or several energy drinks. On the days that I am busy and rush out the door, I can, without a doubt, tell something is just not right. Then I remember, "Oh, I forgot my GBG today!"
