GBG Benefits I have received!

I have been taking GBG since August 2007 and in that time I have received the following benefits: I have lost 20 pounds
My Blood Pressure has dropped by 25 points in to normal range
I no longer get nauseous taking my multivitamin in the morning
I am sleeping better and waking up refreshed
I used to get sick 8-9 times each year - I have not gotten sick since I started taking GBG. Spencer

I have been taking 10 in 1 since oct '07. When I went for a physical in June '08, My blood pressure was down from 147/82 to 118/72. My cholesterol went from 165 to 155 and my psa went from 5.5 to 4.5. My triglycerides were also down (didn't think to ask how much). I also had GAINED 5 lbs which the doctor gave me a hard time about. The only thing I did except for eating more pizza and waffles with peanut butter and syrup on 'em was to take GBG. I officiate sports on the high school level and below and I don't seem to get as tired on baseball tournament days when I do from 4-6 games and I definitely recover faster and am not as tired the next morning.

i just want to say that we have been on gbg since may of last year and my husbands blood pressure is stabilized,i dont wake up so sore i cant get out of bed from my fibromylagia and have been taking energy for 2 weeks seriuously and lost 10 lds so far without trying. amy patterson

I have been using 10-1 for about 5 months! My blood pressure has gone down from over 190 / 100 without meds to normal range! Amazing! I have lost 15 lbs and feel better. For 1 dollar aday what else could you want. I know this sounds like I am a big time GBG person but I only use the product. I am just now going to start moving on with the program. It is an amazing cost effective product!!!
