OK here is the challenge. We just got started using the MA+ and we are mixing it in cold coffee, ice tea, crystal light, koolaide so far. Does anyone have any drink recipes or would be interested in helping create a drink recipe book online. I think it would be so cool to do.
I was thinking starting it with maybe a pumpkin spice drink for Halloween (Sorry about pushing the holiday sooner, but I figure by the time we started this , it would be close. Maybe GBG Vitality could find some room on their MA+ page to post these drink suggestions. HINT HINT
Boy I love this product.Also how well would it be to maybe use the 10-in-1 and MA+ and create a Dreamcycle drink. Oh oh, you are fireing me up!

TO MA+ Challenge
You could Mix MA+ in any fresh fruit smoothy, as long as you mix it in AFTER you take the smoothy out of the blender.
I find it mixes in best if you mix it in a little juice first, then mix in the smoothy.

MA+ Complex Mixing Instructions
Using the GBG Shaker Cup:
• Fill Shaker Cup with 2 ounces (per scoop of MA+) of your favorite
liquid (juice, milk, water, etc.). Then add:
· 1 scoop MA+ for normal lifestyle
· 2 scoops MA+ if you have stress or minor health issues*
· 3-5 scoops MA+ if you are having serious health challenges*
* Intended to be a daily amount. Can be taken at different intervals
during the day. For example, if you are taking 3 scoops a day, 2 may
be taken in the morning and one in the evening
Note: Do notpremix. This product must be consumed within one hour of mixing. Do not mix with a mechanical blender or with a hot beverage. Applying Topically:
Add 1 teaspoon MA+ to small amount of water. Stir slowly with
fork until creamy texture is formed.
